Beach cleanup day will be held at all beaches on May 4th, beginning at 9 a.m. We need your help. The beaches are not ready for opening day.
Until our beach cleanup concludes, do not place any watercraft on the beaches or the racks, as we need to clean around these areas. Watercraft can be placed in designated areas after beach cleanup concludes.
The Lake Hills Spirit Committee will be spearheading the first ever Cabin Fever Fest. It will be held on February 23rd at 4 p.m. at Kieran’s Place, which is located at H. Smith Richardson Golf Course, 2425 Morehouse Highway.
The Lake Hills Annual meeting will be held January 25th at 7 p.m. at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church in the community room. Please bring food to share and alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages of your choice. We will be selling Lake Hills t-shirts and magnets at this event.
This will be my last Lake Hills President’s letter as my 2 year term comes to a close in January. I am very proud to have followed in the footsteps of so many great past presidents dating all the way back to 1952.

Work is still happening on the dam's gate house and will be ongoing for at least another week. This has led to the pushing back of the lake draw down by at least one week. We will give you more information on when the draw down will be as soon as it becomes available.
Many of our members have reached out to me to find out how they can help clean up from the flooding this past week. In response, the Lake Hills Board has arranged for an organized clean up this weekend.

This morning, all of us are recovering from last night's severe storm. Many areas were hit hard by the flood waters.
