LHA Tri The Lake

Saturday, August 29th is the 5th Annual TRI the Lake Adult Triathlon!

Calling all lake enthusiasts to “TRI the Lake” on Saturday, August 29th at Lake Hills SWIM->PADDLE->RUN Triathlon!

Everyone who crosses the finish line gets a medal, because being a TRI the Lake finisher is a huge accomplishment! The first to cross, also wins a trophy!

Nervous to do it yourself? Sign up with a friend or do it as a relay. Families are welcome (must be at least 10 years old, participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by parent/guardian).

The swim leg keeps most people from signing up for triathlons, but you can wear a life jacket or take a pool noodle in our race, whatever makes you feel confident!
