Lake Lowering

The Association is set to begin to lower the lake on October 18th. The water level will start refilling around November 2nd. This will allow for two weekends for homeowners to make repairs and do maintenance to their docks and other waterfront property. Please note the following: - Because Mother Nature often has her own plans, we cannot guarantee that the lake will remain down during this period. - All shoreline modification and/or alteration, including but not limited to dock construction, must be approved by the LHA Board (and potentially subject to town permitting).
