Important Announcement: QR Code Issue with Invoices



Dear Lake Hills Members,

 

We are aware of the issue with the QR codes printed on the back of our recent invoices. Despite our thorough testing, it appears that the QR codes are not functioning as intended and are directing users to sign up for a plan to access the survey.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, we want to assure you that the survey is still accessible through an alternate link provided on the invoice itself. Additionally, you can simply fill out the survey and turn it in with your payment as usual.

 

Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you encounter any further issues or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to your beach rep.
