Family Fun Day Details

One of Lake Hills’ biggest events is coming, Family Fun Day. The event extravaganza is on July 24th. Family Fun Day is a three part, multi-beach event. Here is the breakdown:

Kids Cove/Mini-Tri-the-lake-a-thon 11 PM – 1 PM BEACH 6 Official race starts at 12pm Bring a bike, scooter, or anything that rolls. Run to our LHA playground then swim to the dock This year we will be doing it in 2 groups – Group 1 will be kids 7 and YOUNGER. Group 2 will be Kids 8 and OLDER. Group 1 will start at noon and complete ALL their events (about 15 or 20 minutes) while group 2 cheers them on. Then group 2 will have their turn to do ALL the events, while… you guessed it, group 1 cheers them on.

All participants get a prize at the end. Remember, A HELMET IS REQUIRED and don’t forget your floatation device if you need it. Beach 4 Bash

1 PM – 5 PM Games and NEW Dunk tank Watermelon Relay, Tug of War and more NEW EVENT! Dunk the president 3:30 The Great Race 4:00 Bring your watercraft! Heat 1: Kids - win a medal! Heat 2: Great Race (anything that floats, safely) The adult race entails racing from Beach 4, to the bridge, and back. CLAIM THE TROPHY
